Adrian Oliver of Margots Bistro, Padstow tasked us with the job of taking a print of the Cornish Chefs Club members to all the members to have them sign it. The finished print is to be auctioned at the @CCCEpicevent, a charity evening held at Rosewarne Manor near Hayle.

Continuing up the north Cornwall coast… we caught up with Stephen Marsh from the Wellington Hotel Boscastle.
Down to Falmouth to meet Ken Symons who runs Olivers Falmouth.
Also in Falmouth… Dale McIntosh from Merchants Manor, Falmouth.
Heading south we caught up with Ben Prior from Ben’s Cornish Kitchen Marazion.
Phil Thomas from Rosewarne Manor near Hayle.. the venue for the Annual Cornish Chefs Club charity dinner.
Also at Rosewarne Manor we met up with Ben Stevens from Delicate Trade… the mastermind behind the Cornish Chefs Club Epic Event charity evening.
Heading down to the far west of Cornwall we met Bruce Rennie of the Gurnard’s Head near St Ives.
After much searching, both on land and under the sea, we finally found the elusive Matt Vernon of The Mussel Shack Falmouth – hand dived mussels and supplier of wild foraged foods. returning back to Padstow… mission accomplished. 🙂
